Poste proposé : Marketing Specialist - Bonamousadi
ASO Ltd. is looking for a Marketing specialist who is comfortable on camera and wants to become the face of the ASO brand. This is not a behind-the-desk content job. You will be filming, appearing in, and driving TikToks and short-form video across our channels, while also supporting the broader day-to-day marketing function.
What you will do
- Be the on-camera face of ASO across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video
- Plan, shoot, and edit content, from quick phone-shot clips to more produced pieces
- Help run ASO's presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok: posting cadence, campaign ideas, engagement
- Turn what ASO is actually building (client infrastructure work, the ASO Delivery App) into content people want to watch
- Support the broader marketing workload: coordinating on what to promote and when, tracking what is working
- Represent ASO at local events, partner meetings, and on-site shoots when needed
Real marketing experience, social media specifically. Not entry-level, we need someone who has actually run social channels before, not just posted personally

- A track record you can show us: accounts you have grown, campaigns you have run, results you can point toGenuinely comfortable on camera. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
- A real eye for short-form video: what hooks people in the first two seconds, how to keep them watching
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and juggling more than one task at a time
- Based in or able to work from Douala
- Bilingual French/English is a strong plus
