JOB OFFER: DISTRIBUTION PLANNER (M/F)

MISSIONS:
 Ensures efficient recovery, tracking, and reconciliation of returnable assets, and plans distribution routes to optimize the use of return trips, while supporting short, medium, and long-term operational, financial, and sustainability goals.
 Takes full responsibility for planning and optimizing reverse logistics operations related to returnable bottles, crates, and other reusable packaging.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:

 Convert factory production schedules into daily requirements for empty containers, by glass type;
 Maintain a real-time inventory of empty containers at each distribution center (containers in good condition, damaged, quarantined);
 Identify which distribution center sends which type of glass to which factory for each cycle;
 Ensure that returned glass meets the factory’s acceptance criteria; quarantine and route rejects;
 Notify production, distribution center managers, and the SCTL of shortages or quality issues;

 Establish weekly recovery metrics, conduct loss analyses, and implement improvement projects.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Studies, or related field;
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience;
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills;
Knowledge of regulations affecting logistics and asset control;
Strong leadership and planning skills;
High interpersonal and communication skills;
Analytical, innovative, and detail-oriented mindset;
Knowledge of company policies and operational procedures;

Strong attention to detail and technical rigor;
Excellent reporting and documentation skills;
Ability to enforce compliance and follow-through;
Solid communication and coordination abilities;
Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related digital tools.
