We are launching a national call for tenders for the execution of construction works for a
modern five-bedroom building at our Lobéké site, in the East Region of Cameroon.
1. Context and justification
As part of the implementation of its activities, the National Director of WWF CCO is launching
an open National Call for Tenders for the execution of construction works for a five (05)-room
modern building made of fired clay bricks on the Lobéké site, East Region of Cameroon.
2. Mission Details
The construction works include:
- Setting out;
- Foundation and elevation works;
- Roof framing and roofing;
- Plumbing and electrical works;
- Painting and finishing works.
3. Execution timeframe:
The maximum timeframe provided by the contracting authority for the completion of the works
covered by this call for tenders is two (2) months from the date on which the contract is signed
by the company.
4. Acquisition of the Tender Documents:
The Tender Documents may be obtained upon publication of this notice from the WWF CCO
headquarters located behind Usine Bastos. If bidders require clarification on the Tender
Documents, they may submit their questions in writing to the following address no later than
19 JUNE 2026, indicating the publication references and the title of the contract. Email
address: wwfcopprocurement@wwfcam.org
All clarifications provided on the Tender Documents shall be communicated simultaneously in
writing (by email) to all bidders. No other clarification shall be provided. Bidders shall indicate
in the tender withdrawal register the email address to which answers to questions should be
sent.
5. Submission of bids:
Each bid, written in French or English, in two (02) copies comprising one original and one copy
respectively marked as such, placed in a sealed envelope with no indication of the bidder’s
identity, failing which it shall be rejected, must reach the WWF CCO headquarters no later than
25 JUNE 2026 at 5:00 p.m. sharp, or be sent to the address:
wwfcopprocurement@wwfcam.org with the attachments copied, specifying in the subject line:
“Tender Documents for the execution of construction works for a five-room modern building on
the Lobéké site in East Cameroon”.
5.1. Language of the bid:
The bid, as well as all correspondence and documents exchanged between the bidder and the
contracting authority, shall be written in French or English.
5.2. Documents constituting the bid:
The bid submitted by the bidder shall include the duly completed documents, grouped into
three volumes:
a. Volume 1: Administrative file
It shall include:
All documents certifying that the bidder:
- Has subscribed to the declarations required by the laws and regulations in force;
- Has paid all duties, taxes, levies, contributions, fees or charges of any kind;
- Is not under judicial liquidation or bankruptcy.
b. Volume 2: Technical bid
- Information on qualifications;
- The construction plan;
- The bill of quantities and cost estimate for the construction project;
- A methodology based on an analysis of the works and specifying the organization
and schedule that the bidder intends to put in place or implement to carry them out
(site installations, HSE planning, subcontracting, site visit certificate where applicable,
etc.);
- A comment (optional) on the technical choices of the project and any proposals.
c. Volume 3: Financial bid
- The duly completed unit price schedule;
- The duly completed cost breakdown;
- The provisional payment schedule and method.
