Job Title:  Shop Floor Staff / Sales

Location: Douala
Salary-90.000frs

Employment Type: Full-time (10:00-2:00), (4:30-8:30). 2hours 30 mins break

Job Summary

We are looking for a flexible, hardworking, and sales-oriented Shop floor staffto join one of  our client’steam. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, respects customers and colleagues, and is eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Shop Setup & Maintenance

• Set up the shop daily and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle routine cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming environment.

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome customers warmly and assist with their needs.
• Guide customers through product selection and make recommendations.
• Actively upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase transaction value.
• Assist customers during payment and checkout.

Post-Sale Support

• Escort customers after purchase as needed to ensure satisfaction and security.

Stock Management

• Assist with stock control, regular reviews, and inventory checks.
• Receive and verify deliveries.

·         Stock organizing and arranging for cartons. 

Requirements

• Hardworking and self‑motivated.
• Sales‑oriented with a customer‑first attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to daily tasks.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plu.
• Preferred age range: mid‑20s to early 30s.
