Poste proposé : Purchasing Manager - Yaoundé
We are looking for Purchasing Manager.
Job purpose
- Ensure timely availability of goods and services while controlling costs, quality and purchasing risks.
Main responsibilities
- Identify purchasing needs and plan procurement with the relevant departments.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate prices, contracts and delivery terms.
- Create and track purchase orders in the ERP system and follow up on deliveries and returns.
- Coordinate stock monitoring and inventories to prevent shortages and excess stock.
- Monitor purchasing budgets, expenses and supplier invoice payments with Finance.
- Manage the purchasing team and ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures.
- Assess supplier performance, manage supply risks and report on costs and purchasing results.
