JOB VACANCY : HR Officer (NTUI – YAOUNDE)

Location : NTUI, Yaoundé (On-site) Position : HR Officer Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in HR

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities : CV screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews

• Assist with onboarding and documentation (contracts, staff files, HR records)

• Maintain employee attendance/leave records and support HR reporting

• Support employee relations activities and respond to HR queries

• Assist with HR policies implementation and documentation updates

• Any other HR-related duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Degree (Anglophone) in Human Resources / HRM / Business Administration / Public Administration (or related)

• 2 years minimum HR work experience

• Strong communication and administrative skills

• Ability to work on-site in NTUI

• English fluency (or Anglophone HR/HRM qualification)
