Technical Assistance to DOSTS/MINSANTE for Digital Health Products

1. Background & Purpose
CHAI invites qualified Independent Contractors to submit proposals to provide specialized technical assistance to the Directorate of Healthcare Organization and Health Technology (DOSTS) within the Cameroon Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE). The assignment supports the implementation of three national digital health products:
• Master Facility List (MFL) — national authoritative registry of all health facilities
• Carte Sanitaire — geographic representation of health service coverage and infrastructure
• Community Health Worker Master List (CHWML) — national registry for CHW management and deployment
The engagement will be carried out in close collaboration with DOSTS staff, regional/district health teams, and CHAI Cameroon personnel over a 9-month period (June 2026 – March 2027).
