OFFRE D'EMPLOI : Chargé des Opérations
CREDIX

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Assurer le suivi quotidien des opérations
et traitements métiers;
Superviser les flux applicatifs et
surveiller les anomalies opérationnelles;
Identifier, analyser et remonter les
incidents aux équipes concernées;
Participer au suivi et à la résolution des
incidents techniques et fonctionnels;
Produire des rapports d'activité et des
indicateurs de performance;
Effectuer des contrôles de conformité
et de qualité des opérations;
Assurer la communication avec les
équipes techniques, métiers et
partenaires;
Participer à l'amélioration continue des
procédures opérationnelles;
Contribuer à la documentation des
processus et incidents.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Bac+2 à Bac+5 en informatique,
télécommunications, gestion ou
domaine connexe;
Bonne capacité d'analyse et de
résolution de problèmes;
Sens de l'organisation, rigueur
et réactivité;
Bonne communication écrite
et orale;
Capacité à travailler sous
pression et à gérer les priorités ;
Certification ITIL est un atout.
COMPÉTENCES APPRÉCIÉES
Connaissance des outils de
supervision et monitoring;
Maîtrise d'Excel et des outils
de reporting;
Connaissances de base en SQL,
APIs REST et lecture de logs;
Expérience dans les environnements
fintech, banque, mobile money ou
systèmes transactionnels;
Notions Linux et outils de
support applicatif;
Expérience en analyse de
données est un atout.

Operations Officer
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor daily operational activities
and business processes
Supervise application flows and
monitor operational anomalies
Identify, analyze and escalate
incidents to the relevant teams

and KPIs
Perform quality and compliance

REQUIRED PROFILE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
IT, Telecommunications,
Management or related field
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
Organized, rigorous
and responsive
Excellent written and
verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure
and manage priorities
ITIL certification is a plus
APPRECIATED SKILLS
Knowledge of monitoring
and supervision tools
Proficiency in Excel and
reporting tools
Basic knowledge of SQL,
REST APIs and log reading
Experience in fintech, banking,
mobile money or transactional
systems environments
Basic knowledge of Linux
and application support tools
Experience in data analysis
is a plus
