Background

Proposals can be submitted physically at the office premises after site visit

Required Documentation
The proposal must include the following items:
- Timeline for delivery of all items.
- Up-to-date Administrative and legal documentation.
- Images of the equipment should be included in the proposal
EVALUATION
The evaluation will be done in 04 stages:
✓ Analysis of the offers received
✓ Inspection of administrative and legal documents
✓ Verification of cost
✓ Site visit / confirmation of the images compared to what is expected
