The Senior IT Officer is primarily responsible for providing IT and application support to all INSO offices and for implementing projects centred around organisational IT standardisation and compliance. A position requirement is to travel to INSO country missions for project-based periods, to implement projects and provide hands-on support at the relevant locations.

The postholder assists the IT Manager in delivering IT support services to INSO staff and offices – acting primarily as first-line support for country offices during visits, and as second-line support to INSO country offices in general, resolving issues in person or remotely via phone or internet-based communication as needed.
