Complexe TEBAP is a bilingual school located in Yaoundé, providing quality education through both the Francophone and Anglophone subsystems. The school promotes academic excellence, discipline, bilingualism and the holistic development of every learner.

Subjects Required:

Mathematics; Additional Mathematics; Computer Science; Physics; Chemistry; Biology; Human Biology; English Language; Literature in English; French; History; Geography; Citizenship Education; Economics; Commerce; Philosophy.

Location: Nkolbisson, Yaoundé.

Main Purpose:

Deliver quality teaching in accordance with the Anglophone subsystem curriculum and ensure the academic and disciplinary follow-up of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver lessons; set, administer and mark assessments; monitor students’ results and progress; maintain positive classroom discipline; participate in staff meetings, class councils, school activities and departmental projects; support learners preparing for GCE examinations; communicate with parents when necessary.

Required Profile:

Hold at least an HND or Bachelor’s degree in the subject applied for or a related field; have a good knowledge of the Anglophone subsystem curriculum and GCE syllabuses; previous teaching experience is desirable; familiarity with digital tools is an advantage; demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, integrity and teamwork; the ability to teach one or more related subjects is an advantage. The ability to teach in the Francophone subsystem, with a good knowledge of the relevant MINESEC programmes, is an added advantage.

Conditions and Benefits:

Recruitment may be on a full-time or part-time/temporary basis, depending on the school’s needs and the teaching load allocated. Full-time teachers receive a fixed monthly salary according to experience, teaching load and the school’s salary scale. Part-time or temporary teachers are paid according to the number of hours actually taught. The school offers a professional bilingual working environment and collaboration within academic departments.
