Complexe Scolaire Bilingue TEBAP is hiring a General Supervisor
Complexe TEBAP is a bilingual school in Yaoundé that delivers high-quality education through both the Francophone and Anglophone streams. The school focuses on academic achievement, discipline, bilingual competence and the all-round growth of each student.
Main purpose:
Oversee student supervision, maintain discipline and safety, and carry out day-to-day monitoring while helping create a calm, respectful and learning-focused school setting.
Key responsibilities:
Track pupil attendance, lateness, absences and movements; enforce school regulations, disciplinary protocols and the uniform policy; anticipate and address disciplinary issues in cooperation with the Principal and parents; supervise pupils during breaks, arrival and departure times, study sessions and school events; keep records relating to discipline, attendance and student follow-up; inform parents about behaviour or attendance concerns when required; assist in applying the school’s administrative and safety measures.
Required profile:
Possess at least an HND or BACHELOR degree, or an equivalent credential in a relevant field; training or experience in Education, Student Welfare, School Supervision, Administration or a related discipline is a plus; previous experience in supervising students, managing discipline or handling school administration is preferred; demonstrate positive authority, impartiality, discretion, integrity and a strong sense of duty; able to communicate clearly with students, parents and staff; good command of English or French, bilingualism is an asset; comfortable using digital tools.
