Job Summary:
Oversee the entire production process at the NPK Blending Plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in fertilizer manufacturing. Coordinate production schedules, manage resources, and lead a team of operators to meet production targets. Optimize processes to reduce waste, improve yield, and maintain high product quality standards while ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets.
- Manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations.
- Prepare production reports and provide updates to the Plant Manager
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the fertilizer, chemical, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
