JOB OFFER – UNION CAMEROUNAISE DE BRASSERIES (UCB)

TOWN : DOUALA FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (MIF) LOGISTICS DIRECTION

MISSIONS Has overall responsibility over the Finance and Administration function for the UCB Centres and the Head Office Section. Ensures the smooth operation of the Finance and Budgeting, Debtors Management and General Administration of the Centres, and Budgeting and Cost Management of the Logistics Department. Ensures that Financial Systems are in place and working effectively. Ensures budgeting and forecasting processes are in line with the specified timelines and business requirements. Ensures that all accounting and taxation reporting is done at the time specified and in line with business requirements.

MAIN ACTIVITIES To develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure zero stock losses, zero bad debt and minimize leakages risks To develop and maintain systems ensuring accountability and where necessary recommend disciplinary measures Ensuring the development of a monthly aging report of debtors and creditors Ensuring that stock records are properly updated, controlled and maintained Ensuring effective management of the team Ensuring the development of department strategies

REQUIRED PROFILE A Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce Degree/ACCA/CIS/CIMA, CA or equivalent 5 years experience in similar role Must possess superior interpersonal, organizational and communication skills in order to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities Must have strong analytical skills Must have strong leadership skills Must have the ability to work under pressure Must have the ability to meet deadlines Must have the ability to work with accounting packages Must be computer literate
