About Good Neighbors:
Good Neighbors Cameroon (GNCMR) is an international non-governmental organization with its head office in Yaoundé and field Offices in Maroua, Mbalmayo and Batouri. GNCMR's work is focused on community development, implementation implementing projects in the sectors of food security and livelihood, education, child protection, water, hygiene and sanitation, health, environment, gender and advocacy. Good Neighbors Cameroon works with different international partners such as the United Nations and INGOs to seek sustainable solutions to development and humanitarian challenges.
JOB DESCRIPTION 
1.    Position: Temporary Volunteer
Staff reports to: Programme Assistant (Sponsorship Service Department) 
On a general note, the SSD Temporary Volunteer will participate in the execution of all tasks related to work of the department and Good Neighbors in general.  
A.    Workplace Mbalmayo
B.     Specific profiles required: 

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
1.    Be between 18 to 28 years’ old, living in Mbalmayo is an asset;
2.    Have a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Social sciences, Project Management or equivalent;
3.    Have knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
4.    Be able to read, write and speak French or English fluently. Knowledge of local languages is an asset;
5.    Be able to move around the field;
6.    Be punctual, courteous, tactful and able to communicate sympathetically;
7.    Be able to work under pressure;
8.    Be available and not have any professional and or personal commitments that could hinder the smooth running of the tasks given within the organization;
9.    Applicants must comply with the internal rules of the organization.

CONSTITUTION OF THE FILE 

The applicant must provide the following documents in English or French 
- A letter of motivation;
- A curriculum vita (of two pages maximum), with at least two references attesting to good character and aptitude for work;
- A copy the last diploma and work experience certificates
- A copy of the ID card

N.B: 
1.    The application should be addressed to the Country Director of Good Neighbors Cameroon and sent by e-mail to the unique address recruiting.gncmr@gmail.com  with the title of the post you are applying for in the subject line “SSD Temporary Volunteer _ Mbalmayo_GNCMR”
2.    No latecomers will be allowed to enter the Organization for the Interview and they will be disqualified.
3.    Submission of any fake documents will cause automatic disqualification and cancellation of the application.
