POSITION SUMMARY The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the school’s HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting a positive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PAYROLL & COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATION

• Manage payroll and employee benefits

• Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION

• Maintain accurate employee records

• Oversee contracts and administrative documents

TRAINING & STAFF DEVELOPMENT

• Identify training needs

• Organize and monitor staff development programs

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Implement performance evaluations

• Support managers in tracking objectives

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & HR COMPLIANCE

• Foster a positive workplace climate

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
