BILINGUAL BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Salary: 150,000 FCFA / month

We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and results-oriented Business Developer for our client based in Douala.

The Business Developer’s main responsibility will be to develop the partner network, acquire new merchants, and contribute to the growth of the platform.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for business development and will mainly be involved in:

* Identifying and acquiring merchants;
* Acting as a Product Owner (functional definition, testing, and continuous improvement of our solution);
* Following up with merchants and clients;
* Defining and implementing commercial and operational strategies;
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing the client portfolio.

PROFILE REQUIRED

* Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, Management, or an equivalent field;
* At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role;
* Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close partnerships;
* Strong interest in digital technologies, new technologies, and digital platforms;
* Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Results-oriented, persistent, and determined;
* Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
* The successful candidate must b bilingual in French and English

 TECHNICAL SKILLS

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Good knowledge of digital marketing;
* Comfortable using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools;
* Experience with a CRM is an advantage.
