1. OPPORTUNITY

The EIE Assistant Provide effective capacity and technical management advice, including implementation, monitoring and evaluation of education in emergencies activities in the field. Under the supervision of the Project Coordinator, the Field Assistant in Education in Emergencies (ESE) will carry out, among others, the following tasks: support the conduct of specific or general needs assessments, as required, and contribute to assessments in other and Participate in data collection with the Plan leadership for the drafting of concept papers, proposals and budgets for education and child protection activities.

2. ABOUT YOU

The eie ASSISTANT must have a bachelor degree in education or social sciences or any other equivalent discipline and at least 02 years of professional experience in the design and implementation of integrated projects and programs of Education and Child Protection; Professional experience in emergency situations (Internally Displaced Population) would be an asset. He/ She must have an Experience/approved qualification in project management and administration. And Experience in management, strategic planning, monitoring/evaluation. Experience working in emergency situations (Internally Displaced Population) would be an asset.  The Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet, Outlook), as well as the ability to plan, prioritize and respond flexibly to changing demands are essential.  And Ability to multitask and meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
