Printing of Registers, Job Aids and Tools for Evidence Action Cameroon
Evidence Action Cameroon invites qualified and duly registered printing companies to submit tenders for the printing and delivery of registers, job aids and tools in support of the Maternal Syphilis Program, for distribution across ten (10) regions of Cameroon.

Background
Evidence Action has worked with Cameroon's Ministry of Public Health since 2021 to screen and treat pregnant women for syphilis, and has supported the training of over 1,698 health facilities. As the program scales up, trained facilities require replenished stock of registers and job aids.
Scope — Materials & Quantities
Materials required, covering Adamawa, East, Extreme North, North, North West, South West, South, Littoral, West and Center regions (totals include buffer/reserve stock):

Note: North West and South West quantities are to be printed in English; the other eight regions' materials are to be printed in French.
Qualifying Conditions
• Valid business registration / operating license for printing and publishing services
• Valid Tax ID (mandatory), and VAT certificate if applicable
• Evidence of registration with RCCM
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Company profile, track record, and 3 client references
Sample Submission (Mandatory)
Bidders must submit physical printed samples (at minimum: one sample register showing proposed binding, paper stock and cover finish, and one sample of the self-adhesive poster stock) directly to the Evidence Action office address below, on or before 21 September 2026. Samples are assessed under the Quality criterion of the technical evaluation.
Evaluation Criteria
Stage 1 (Preliminary): pass/fail review of mandatory documents. Stage 2 (Technical, 100 pts, min. 75 to qualify): experience/years in business, clientele base, staff & equipment, delivery time, and quality of samples. Stage 4 (Award) weighting: Quality 55%, Price 30%, Delivery Timelines 15%.
