Background

Scope of Work
We wish to request a proforma invoice from your establishment for the supply of the items listed below

1 Works Assembly and installation of a wooden guardhouse (guérite) on a concrete base (already available), and installation of a 2-step staircase to access the guardhouse See model at the bottom of the page
Length 180cm, adjustable depending on the length of the slab Width 140cm to 150cm, adjustable depending on the length of the slab Height 250cm at ceiling level, roofing not included Door Side door, 90cm, in wood with naco (louvered) panel, or in aluminum with glass and alucobond on the lower section, opening onto the staircase on the central front face of the guardhouse

Windows: One naco window, 60x60cm, on the main façade One window of the same size on the left side façade
Roofing Corrugated sheet metal roofing, gable-style, with a 50cm overhang on the sides and main façade Interested providers are required to visit the site prior to submitting their proposals. A document of the site will be signed and will be part of the procurement process.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The evaluation will be done in 04 stages:
✓ Analysis of the offers received (20 Marks)
✓ Inspection of administrative and legal documents (20 Marks)
✓ Sample images (20 Marks)
✓ Verification of cost and experience (20 Marks)
