JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT - DONGUTÉ GROUP OF COMPANIES LTD : Factory Workers and Marketers

Donguté Group of Companies Ltd is expanding and we are looking for hardworking and passionate individuals to join our team.
_OPEN POSITIONS:_
 _Factory Workers_
 _Marketers_
_LOCATION:_ Limbe Mile 2 - Head Office (With opportunities in Douala, Buea & Nationwide)
_BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:_
_For Factory Workers:_
- Minimum FSLC / GCE O-Level
- Physically fit and hardworking
- Age 20-40 years
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- No experience needed - Training will be provided
- Must be resident in Limbe / Douala / Buea or willing to relocate
_For Marketers:_
- Minimum GCE A-Level / OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Management, or related field is an advantage)
- Good communication & persuasive skills (English, French, Pidgin is a plus)
- Must be smart, presentable and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Social Media / Digital Marketing is an added advantage
- Must own a smartphone and be active on WhatsApp / Facebook
- Experience in sales/marketing is a plus, but not compulsory
_General Requirements For All:_
- Must be honest, disciplined and of good character
- Must be ready to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must have a valid National ID Card
