Background
FHI 360 is a non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting
ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. Our staff includes experts in health,
education, nutrition, environment, economic development, civil society, gender, youth, research, and
technology, creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today's interrelated development
challenges. FHI 360 serves more than 60 countries, all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories. This
RFQ seeks qualified vendors to supply security equipment to support field operations in
Cameroon.
Scope of Work
We wish to request a proforma invoice from your enterprise for the supply of security equipments
with specifications stated below;

Required Documentation
Vendors must submit:
• Up-to-date administrative and legal documentation
• Technical datasheets for each item
• Delivery timeline (maximum 3 days)
• Packaging: Original sealed manufacturer packaging
• Payment terms (e.g., net 30 days)
• Warranty period: Minimum 2 years
EVALUATION
The evaluation will be done in 03 stages:
Administrative Compliance (30%)
• Submission of valid registration documents
• Proof of authorization to distribute GARMIN and THURAYA products.
• Proof of previous contracts (Include visual samples of items required)
1. Technical Conformity (30%)
• GARMIN GPS MINI2: Must include CE certification, SOS, weather, and location-sharing
features.
• GARMIN Subscription: Must be valid and compatible with MINI2 devices.
• Coverage: Must enable SOS, messaging, and location-sharing features
• THURAYA XT-PRO: Must include CE certification, SOS, GPS, and minimum 8-hour talk
time.
• Compatibility: Must be functional in Cameroon (network coverage)
2. Financial Evaluation (40%)
• Price competitiveness
• Warranty and after-sales service.
• Delivery timeline.

FHI 360 Disclaimers
• FHI 360 may perform a background check on any selected vendor.
• FHI 360 may cancel the solicitation and not award
• FHI 360 may reject any or all responses received
• Issuance of the solicitation does not constitute an award commitment by FHI 360
• FHI 360 reserves the right to disqualify any offer based on failure of the offeror to follow
solicitation instructions
• FHI 360 will not compensate any offeror for responding to solicitation
• FHI 360 reserves the right to issue award based on initial evaluation of offers without further
discussion
• FHI 360 may choose to award only part of the activities in the solicitation, or issue multiple
awards based on the solicitation activities
• FHI 360 has the right to issue amendments to the RFQ at any time
