1. Background
FHI 360 invites qualified printing companies and established printing houses to submit quotations for the
production and delivery of high-quality stickers in various sizes for use under the STRIDES Cameroon Project.
FHI 360 is a global nonprofit organization that works to improve health and well-being through evidence-based
programs in public health, education, economic development, and humanitarian response. In support of its
activities under the STRIDES Cameroon Project, FHI 360 requires professionally produced communication
and visibility materials to support program implementation.
The objective of this procurement is to identify a reputable print service provider with proven experience in
commercial printing and branding materials. The selected supplier must have the technical expertise, printing
capacity, and resources required to produce and deliver stickers in accordance with the specifications and
requirements outlined in this RFQ.
2. Scope of Work
The selected supplier shall print, package, and deliver stickers according to the specifications below.

General Requirements
The stickers shall:
• Be produced using high-quality self-adhesive.
• Be printed in full color (CMYK).
• Be water-resistant and durable.
• Have strong permanent adhesive backing.
• Be free from printing defects, smudges, discoloration, or damage.
• Be produced according to artwork provided by FHI 360.
• Maintain uniform color quality throughout production.
• Be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Delivery Requirements
The supplier shall:
• The selected supplier shall deliver all items to the FHI 360 Office, Yaoundé, Cameroon.
• Complete delivery within 07 calendar days of receipt of the Purchase Order and approved artwork.
• Bear all transportation and delivery costs.

4. Supplier Eligibility Requirements
Interested suppliers must submit:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate.
2. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
3. Proof of printing or branding experience.
4. At least two similar assignments completed within the last three years.
5. Contact details of at least two client references.
6. Samples or photographs of similar sticker production work.
5. Quotation Submission Requirements
Suppliers shall submit:
Technical & Financial Proposal
• Signed financial Quotation
• Evidence of experience.
• Proposed production timeline.
• Description of materials to be used.
• Samples or photographs of previous work.
6. Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated using the following criteria:

FHI 360 will award the purchase order to the supplier whose quotation represents the best value for money
and meets all technical requirements.
7. Quality Assurance and Acceptance
Prior to mass production, the successful supplier shall provide a sample for approval by FHI 360.
FHI 360 reserves the right to reject any delivered materials that:
• Do not conform to approved specifications.
• Are defective or damaged.
• Differ significantly from the approved proof.
• Replacement of rejected items shall be at the supplier's expense.
8. Payment Terms
• Payment shall be made following successful delivery, inspection, acceptance, and receipt of
a valid invoice, in accordance with FHI 360 financial procedures.

9. Submission Instructions

• Proposals can be deposited at the office premises in Bastos behind Hotel Azure.
• Deadline: October 7th, 2026
• Any requests for clarification regarding this RFQ, including technical specifications and artwork
for the stickers, should be submitted to: Cameroon.Procurement@fhi360.org
• Late submissions will not be considered.
10. Reservation of Rights
FHI 360 reserves the right to:
• Accept or reject any quotation, in whole or in part.
• Cancel this solicitation or procurement process at any stage without obligation to make an award.
• Request clarifications, additional information, or supporting documentation from any bidder.
• Conduct reference checks, due diligence, and background verification of any bidder under
consideration.
• Reject any or all quotations received.
• Disqualify any bidder that fails to comply with the requirements or instructions contained in this RFQ.
• Award a contract based on the initial evaluation of quotations without further discussions or
negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, or other contractual requirements with the selected bidder, where
necessary.
• Make a full award, partial award, multiple awards, or no award as deemed to be in the best interest of
FHI 360.
• Issue amendments, modifications, or clarifications to this RFQ at any time prior to award.
Issuance of this RFQ does not constitute a commitment by FHI 360 to award a contract, nor does it
obligate FHI 360 to reimburse any costs incurred by bidders in the preparation or submission of
quotations.
