JOB ADVERTISEMENT : PROJECT DIRECTOR-   TAARA MOBILITY PLATFORM Cameroon

As we prepare for our commercial launch in Buea and Limbe, we are seeking highly motivated, innovative, and results-oriented professionals to join our founding team.

1. PROJECT DIRECTOR

Job Purpose
Provide strategic leadership for the Taara project, oversee operations, drive growth, coordinate partnerships, and ensure achievement of corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead implementation of Taara's strategic plan
•    Manage fundraising and investor relations
•    Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients, government agencies, and transport associations
•    Supervise all departments and founding team members
•    Monitor financial and operational performance against KPIs
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
•    Report to the CEO and Board

Qualifications
•    Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree minimum in Business related studies
•    Minimum 5 years management experience, preferably in technology, logistics, or mobility
•    Strong leadership, business development, and stakeholder management skills
•    Demonstrable experience managing teams and budgets

Key Performance Indicators
Launch achieved within approved timeline
Revenue targets achieved per monthly financial model
Investor reporting compliance — monthly reports submitted on time
Customer and driver growth targets attained per schedule
Operational profitability reached by Month 8-9 break-even target
