Petites annonces / classified ads RECRUITMENT NOTICE OF (01) MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER Identification 1 Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Reports to: Protection Project Manager Duty station Buea Main objective Ensure the effective implementation of the project in compliance with the Intersos monitoring and evaluation framework In close collaboration with the Database Manager and the Reporting Officer of INTERSOS, ensure the updating of the project monitoring and evaluation plan and its effective and efficient implementation. Monitor and update the monthly project implementation plan. Identify data sources to capture performance and impact indicators in collaboration with the project team. In collaboration with the Data Base Manager, develop and ensure the regular updating of the project database; Establish the mapping of the project areas. Support the project team and its partners in the identification of critical events that could allow the formulation of lessons learned and the taking into account of decisions favoring the success of the project. Help the project team to capture all the basic project information. Ensure the quality control of the data and information collected. Capture and archive the most significant changes generated by the project (testimonials and case studies). Ensure that lessons learned are taken into account in the implementation of the project. Submit a monthly monitoring table of project performance indicators. Collaborate closely with the National Protection Officer (Distribution) in the coordination of field teams. Ensure adequate monitoring and reporting based on the achievement of expected project results In close collaboration with the Reporting Officer, prepare progress reports on activities carried out presenting the results achieved by targets and plan follow-up actions to be submitted to the project manager's review Regularly prepare the various project reports (Monitoring and Evaluation reports, monthly and quarterly reports) to be submitted to the project manager's review Complete and update …
