Lien d'inscription : https://fr.igraal.com/?parrain=AG_5e746997e4ae5 RECRUITMENT NOTICE OF: (01) Hotline Clerk Identification 1 Job Title: Hotline Clerk Reports to: GBV Specialist Missions and Responsibilities: Provide psychological first aid to the callers who request for on phone crisis intervention counseling. Establishing rapport and encouraging the callers to provide the necessary details of the case to facilitate follow up. Assessing human service requirements via phone using crisis intervention and active listening skills. Searching computer database to provide appropriate social service provider referrals. Maintaining appropriate callers' documentation and sharing on daily basis (immediately for high risk urgent cases) with the GBV specialist for referral to the appropriate services. Acting as an actively contributing team member and supporting the mission and work of the organization. Participate in networking efforts by attending the relevant trainings, workshops and meetings or visiting other agencies. Developing effective working relations within the organization. Any other tasks that maybe assigned by the supervisor Competences Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or other social sciences in a related field. Experience in various Social Service activities. Technical and behavioral competencies required Ability to handle various types of calls. Ability to manage well with individuals of different backgrounds.
