FHI 360 is currently recruiting for the position of Grants Officer for a five-year, USAID-funded project, Cameroon Strengthening Civil Society and Community Resilience Program (SCS-CRP), with a budget of $11 million. The goal of the SCS-CRP project is to empower Cameroonians to address their needs through increased access to services and ability to advocate. Job Summary: The Grants Officer will support the oversight, management, and implementation of the different grant portfolios awarded under SCS-CRP. S/he will work with the Grants Manager and other members of the project team (i.e., finance, procurement, monitoring & evaluation) to establish and manage the grants management system for the program, oversee training of program staff, and support capacity building for grantees on grants policies and procedures. The position is based in Maroua, Cameroon and will require frequent in-country travel to selected target communities in the Far North and North Regions.
