The acquisition of remote talent is crucial for the Group.The job Are you passionate about performance marketing and looking for an exciting challenge to structure and lead a team of performance marketing specialists? We are looking for a data-driven Paid Marketing Lead with tons of energy to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you are responsible to roll out paid recruitment marketing campaigns on a global level across 30+ countries. You have a broad understanding of the latest digital marketing channels, and continuously looking for ways to optimize and effectively report on performance. Your main responsibility is growing and overseeing our performance marketing activities and delivering recruitment leads that convert into hires via digital acquisition channels such as SEA, Job Boards, Display, social media, and Affiliate marketing. We are counting on you to be data-driven, flexible, and agile, while we are looking for greatness in creativity as well.
