You'll use a combination of email, live chat, social media, and/or phone calls to answer tickets and queries. Responsibilities Providing support for computer tech products, including CPU's and GPU's. Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware or software problems. Supporting customers via Email and Phone. The Goal?You'll help 5CA continue to be one of the most unique companies in multilingual tech support.
