We minimize manual work and transfer knowledge more effectively Your Role & Contribution: Design and update job descriptions Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Synchronization with other Talent Development Methods Creating and improving material for recruitment and HR-development Conduct candidates interviews and assessments. Support hiring teams in their recruitment process Internal team development and training. Profil recherché pour le poste : Recruitment - Remote Internship You bring : Graduated or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or Business, Management, or related field) Previous experience in Corporate HR, Talent Development and Training is a valuable asset High value on accuracy, personal professionalism, and striving for excellence.
