DIOOL is a remote first company with team members across the world and an office in Douala and is backed by the Lundin family.DIOOL has set up a unique digital platform allowing all businesses to conduct their merchant transactions through a single interface, and thus save time and operational costs.We are growing fast so,join our team !As the Sales Representative you will be an integral part of the DIOOL team, managing the process, while working closely with our Co-founders.Responsibilities Making sure the client has in-depth knowledge about the product and how to use it in their daily business Engaging the customer throughout the beginning of the sales process, through the KYC process and contract signing up until a handoff to an account manager for client onboarding. You will be responsible for carrying out the quota for closing deals Assisting the customers through out the KYC processes to make sure they submit all of the documents required You will act as the customer advocate inside DIOOL, you will help to expand the account and make sure that the client is satisfied Profil recherché pour le poste : Sales Representative Qualifications/ Skills Enjoys coordinating and managing complex projects and groups Is very well organized and comfortable switching between tasks frequently Has a startup can-do attitude and a willingness to experiment and try new things Has at least 3-5 years of similar experience You should ideally be located in Douala or are willing to relocate Native level French (C1) and Intermediate level English (B1) are required What we offer..Competitive salaryFlexible working hoursRoom for professional growth (workshops, …
