Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Deputy Chief Of Party - Yaoundé, CameroonICF is seeking a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for an anticipated large USAID-funded malaria project in Cameroon, SEMBE II. The DCOP will serve as the project’s overall technical coordinator responsible for ensuring quality implementation of the project technical approach at the national and regional levels. The project will support the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) and Ministry of Health (MOH) to implement activities to reduce malaria morbidity and maternal and child mortality. The DCOP will assist the Chief of Party (COP) in overseeing all the components of the project including the implementation of approved contract initiatives and target outcomes, fiscal integrity, quality and timing of deliverables, and coordination with USAID and project stakeholders and local stakeholders. The DCOP will also be the lead for the project overall system capacity strengthen component. The DCOP will assist the COP in all reporting requirements, and will serve as Acting COP during absence of the COP. The position will be in Yaoundé with travel to the North in Cameroon. Responsibilities: Serve as the project’s technical coordinator responsible for ensuring quality implementation of project activities in collaboration with partners Provide technical direction and oversight to advisors and project partners to ensure a shared vision for project activities and outcomes, address implementation challenges, and encourage the sharing of best practices and project successes Oversee the accuracy and technical quality of all project deliverables, including periodic performance reports, financial and technical reports, training materials, and instructional materials Ensure project technical teams have the technical and administrative support needed for high quality and timely implementation of activities according to the project work plan.
