Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Knowledge Management SpecialistICF is seeking a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) and knowledge management (KM) specialist for an anticipated USAID malaria project in Cameroon. The project will support the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP), the Ministry of Health (MOH), and district health management teams in the North Region to implement activities to reduce malaria morbidity and maternal and child mortality. The MEL and KM specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the project’s activities; setting and implementing the project’s learning agenda; and managing the knowledge that the project produces and uses. The position will be in Yaoundé with travel to regions in Cameroon.Key Responsibilities: Develop of the project’s overall M&E system, including indicator selection and adaptation, data collection, data analysis, and reporting in compliance with ADS 201 Ensure compliance with the project’s M&E requirements and reporting Ensure compliance with USAID archiving of documents on the Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC) and data on the Development Data Library (DEC) Liaise with project’s technical team to establish appropriate targets for work plans Develop the project’s learning agenda and related implementation activities Develop and maintain a structure for managing and disseminating the project’s knowledge assets Ensure regular dissemination of project achievements through writing of learning briefs and success stories, including oversight of communication strategy.
