Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Principle Cloud EngineerThe RoleWe are looking for a Principal Cloud Engineer to join our virtual Cloud team supporting Solera’s key public cloud environments for our global market. This Principal Cloud Engineer will be a part of a team of 15+ engineers who are responsible to operate and maintain Solera applications to production environments in a standardized way, across Soleras state of the art datacenters and within multiple public clouds. They should have no problem rolling up their sleeves to aid the teams to deliver, helping gather requirements or diving deep into data modelling with business analysts.What You’ll Do Work collaboratively with other operations leads to implement and maintain Solera products and projects in public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI Refine and transform operational processes in highly available enterprise class systems Participate in an on-call rotation along with other senior members of the Global IT Operations team. Provide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the public cloud team is aligned with the strategy of the company Create and deliver executive and c-level presentations to support buy-in and communicate goals. Profil recherché pour le poste : Principle Cloud Engineer Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Technology Systems, Business Administration or minimum of 10 years of applicable experience. 6+ years of in systems administration (Windows preferred), engineering, or DevOps with a demonstrated focus on application and infrastructure automation in the public cloud 3+ years in public cloud governance, maturity, and optimization such as GCP, ASW and Azure Experience migrating large environments to/from public cloud Experience with container platforms like Docker Programming experience with shell and scripting languages like Bash, Python, Perl, PowerShell Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
