Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : A Health and Nutrition Programme Manager Buea, CamerounThe Health and Nutrition Programme Manager (PM) will be based in Buea in a common Guest House with a single room but with modest amenities. He/She will make frequent trips to the Kumba department as part of the follow-up / monitoring activities, training of the teams of the kumba sub-base. Depending on the evolution of the security situation, the Health and Nutrition PM will have to constantly adapt the program implementation approach (deployment of mobile teams) and supervise more than 20 people composed of a Deputy Manager, Health and Nutrition Supervisor, nurses and midwives from mobile clinics, the SMPS component , TPS, and community mobilization facilitators.Buéa remains an area of great vigilance with the presence of Boko Haram fractions on the border with Nigeria, even if the INGOs are not directly targetted. The security context remains unstable with frequent lockdowns. VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS The main objective of this role is to support the project team in implementing the project, give insights and technical guidance for the drafting of a proposal and ensure budget and activities are properly monitored for the last months of the ongoing project. More specifically, you will be in charge of: Supporting the project team in implementing the ongoing project for the remaining period (up to March 30th) and in starting the upcoming project; Supporting and training the newly recruited PM in project management and budget follow-up; Conducting a performance analysis and suggest solutions and recommendations; In-site coaching of H&N teams towards a stronger ownership of the project and an improved implementation; Supporting in the assessment of health facilities; Profil recherché pour le poste : A Health and Nutrition Programme Manager Buea, Cameroun VOTRE PROFIL You hold a degree in nutrition & …
