Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Compliance & Internal Control Specialist We are looking for a Compliance & Internal Control Specialist for our cement factory based in Cameroon - Kribi. Functionaly reporting to the Compliance Director and hirarchically to the Factor Direction, he has to insure a compliance culture and standards by demonstrating well balance behaviour and raise awareness of regulatory requirements and policies. Responsibilities : Assisting the Compliance Director in building, implementing and tracking a risk control matrix for the organization Assisting the Compliance Director in implementing mandatory compliance training program Assisting the Compliance Director in developing and implementing a compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with regulations in local jurisdictions Monitoring horizon risks including regulatory rule changes to ensure firm’s policies and procedures comply with appropriate laws, regulations, industry guidance and ethics Assisting the Compliance Director in implementing, maintaining and performing risk assessments of the firm’s AML/CTF, Sanctions and KYC policies for existing as well as new business, clients and regions Assisting the Compliance Director in coordinating, responding and participating, regulatory, external and internal auditors, as required under examinations, inquires, reviews or audits Remain up to date on regulatory requirements and update policies accordingly Assisting the Compliance Director in performing compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improved Maintain up-to-date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities Execute such other functions related to the compliance and integrity program as are delegated by the Compliance Director Perform internal control activities in line with the Risk-Control Matrix and report any deficiencies to the Head of Internal Audit in Turkey Propose any areas of improvements regarding the Internal Control and Compliance activities Assisting the Compliance Director in implementing Enterprise Risk Management Framework and other relevant practices, i.e. …
