OPPORTUNITY Glogal Design & Constructions Solutions is recruiting in line with the company’s global strategy; an expert in civil engineering project management, in charge of supervising company projects with strict compliance to project architectural designs, schedules and budgets. RESPONSIBILITIES Administer company’s civil engineering projects and implement company policies and procedures for various projects Supervise efficient working of all engineering staff and provide required training to manage all projects efficiently Ensure strict compliance to project schedules, budgets and architectural designs Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Draft and submit budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in civil engineering or architecture At least 5 years of professional experience in project management within construction projects Perfect mastery of architecture software (AutoCAD and ArchiCAD) Demonstrated knowledge of engineering, construction, and architecture principles DESIRABLE SKILLS Ability to budget, schedule, and control costs Strong leadership and management skills with ability to work well as a team member Be proactive, rigorous and keen to details Excellent written and verbal communication skills Mastery of planning software Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software Your CV should indicate three professional references (making mention of the e-mail address and phone number) E-mail: contact@gdcs.io
