Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Business Development Manager - DoualaMPower Ventures, a global for-profit start-up in the energy access area, is looking for an independent and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager associate in Techiman.This is an exciting opportunity in a fascinating and rapidly growing field and in a start-up environment. Main tasks : Developing growth strategies and plans Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients Increasing client base Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Researching business opportunities and viable income streams Following industry trends locally and internationally Drafting and reviewing contracts Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements. Profil recherché pour le poste : Business Development Manager - Douala Required skills and experience : First professional experience in business development, sales or related fields either in Cameroon or in another African market An M.Sc. or MA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance or any relevant field is desired with a passion for clean energy Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in French and English Team player and eager to learn new tools and roll-up sleeves to get the job done Entrepreneurial and creative mindset Understanding of the factors driving consumption of solar or similar products Additional languages are a plus The position is available immediately The company is still early stage and can tailor the position to your interests The salary depends the former work experiences and qualifications.
