Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Manager: Rapid Response Coordination (RRC)The manager is responsible for responding to member’s needs identified through Country programmes or direct member requests, managing delivery of rapid response support in real time, managing and co-ordinating the outsourced technical experts and managing the delivery and impact of the support provided. Activities : Section Management, Risk and Reporting To draft and deliver Rapid Response (RR) ad-hoc reports by defining template, gathering data, checking for accuracy and completeness and submitting in required format as required To provide input and support with organisational audit processes and queries by gathering required information, collating, confirming for accuracy and completeness and submitting by defined deadline To identify and monitor RR risks and develop and maintain a risk register by conducting risk assessments, identifying risks, rating as per defined risk profiling, adding to risk register and implementing mitigating actions as required and scheduled To contribute to the development, review and make recommendations on revising the RR policies and procedures by evaluating policy against good practice and operational efficiency, recommend changes and enhancements, update policy with approved changes and procedure and submit for approval annually To enhance and improve RR systems by identifying systems failures and inefficiencies, evaluating whole and partial system amendments, implementing changes, updating operational systems documentation, upskilling staff and monitoring improvement at all times To monitor adherence to RR standards by gathering information, applying and evaluating against standards, monitoring compliance and delivery against standards and addressing issues at all times Rapid Response Request Management To liaise with CP and RM teams and receive and process requests requiring rapid response by scheduling RR meetings with CP and RM teams, receiving requests, logging, managing those resources are allocated and managing delivery of RR request completion as required To manage requests for support process by …
