Mission: Fully manage recruitment assignments for IT profiles. Perform the headhunting on social networks, LinkedIn, etc. Screening and conducting interviews with the candidates and assess their skills (hard and soft skills). Shortlist and pre-select candidates. Submit pre-selected candidates. Advantage: Very high commissions for all successful assignments. Profil recherché pour le poste : IT Talent Acquisition Specialists – Independent Freelancers (M/F) Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3+ years' professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT recruitment assignments. Proven track record. Excellent IT knowledge. Mastery of headhunting techniques, methodology and recruitment searches. You must be very organised, rigorous, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work as an independent Freelancer.
