Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Enterprise Risk Management ExpertThe African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Regional Institutional Support Project for Public Financial Governance – Phase II (RISPFG) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this Grant to payments under the contract for Enterprise Risk Management Expert. The services included under this project are : Conducting an assessment of the existing risk management practices Recommending an ERM functional structure for tax administrations in accordance with their respective policies and internal procedures, which will be suitable for each individual tax administration’s governance frameworks and for rollout across departments Develop a context specific ERM strategy for tax administrations Developing and delivering training programmes to support the ERM strategy Holding consultations with critical stakeholders to obtain buy-in and solicit feedback on the implementation of an ERM framework Guiding the development of Risk Assessments for all aspects of a tax administration’s operations Supporting the development and performance of a Risk Assessment of all aspects of a tax administration’s operations, to include inter alia, organizational, operational, technical, business processes, human resources (HR), financial, reputational, environmental, etc. Supporting the development and application of the ERM strategy to the planning process and internal control systems. This should include methodologies with accompanying templates for : Risk registers, Risk evaluation and prioritization, Assessment of risk tolerance of departments (risk appetite), Development of appropriate responses Assisting senior executives in documenting the risk appetite statements and aligning the risk registers with the attendant risk appetite Training and mentoring in the use of the methodologies since the completion of the risk matrix template will be an integral part of the assignment.
