Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary resources and information to integrate them into the organization. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance and understanding. Support employee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions. Assist in designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Collaborate with management to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities. Support the offboarding process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and handling necessary documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and attendance records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
