Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : IT Officer Responsibilities : Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Providing support and maintenance for the company's assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, firewalls, VPN appliances, and more Serving as the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd line support, promptly addressing employee inquiries and technical issues Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, connectivity, printer, and software-related problems Documenting technical issues and solutions for future reference, maintaining a knowledge base in Jira Confluence Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment Managing Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure systems and servers Proactively anticipating, mitigating, identifying, and addressing hardware and software issues on servers and workstations Maintaining an organized inventory system Collaborating and liaising with third-party contractors and suppliers as required Demonstrating a basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate.
