Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Long-Term Research Expert Development of Data and Analytical SystemThe African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Regional Institutional Support Project for Public Financial Governance – Phase II (RISPFG) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this Grant to payments under the contract for Long-Term Research Expert for Development of Data and Analytical System for Africa. The services included under this project are : Conducting actual original research on an assessment of tax administration data maturity Developing a strategy to engage ATAF member states participating in the project Project management Developing, Testing and Implementing the database and analytical tools Preparing and submitting progress reports Management of the African Tax Outlook (ATO) Products. Profil recherché pour le poste : Long-Term Research Expert Development of Data and Analytical System The Individual expert is expected to have among others the following qualifications and key competencies : A minimum of Master Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Economics, Data/Information Management, Advanced Statistical Analysis, Information Technology) or any other relevant field At least 5 years demonstrated experience in data management, database development and archiving, including use of web-enabled platforms and common statistical analysis tools At least 5 years demonstrated experience in tax and/or non-tax systems development and management, database development, modelling, analysis and/or forecasting Experience in big data manipulation and analysis Experience in developing countries or within the Sub-Saharan Africa region will be considered a strong advantage Experience in carrying out at least two (02) assignments of similar nature and complexity Strong analytical skills, familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to perform in diverse and multicultural environment Excellent writing and presentation skills and excellent team …
