Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Senior Manager - B2B MarketingKey Job Responsibilities : Oversee the entire Product Line Lifecycle: From product ideation, strategic planning, tactical initiatives, product vision, product strategy, product roadmap, product development and product go-to-market Creating a Product Strategy aligned with the goals and vision of the department. Supporting Enterprise business strategy formulation, planning, budgeting and forecasting Defines, Setup and execute strategy to secure & optimize Enterprise Business performance according to agreed business plan Coordinate and monitor Business & Operations plans inline with other units Design, execute and monitor all B2B customers value management initiatives to deliver expected growth inline with Company eCVM/Bi framework Handling the Recruitment & responsible for performance appraisals, problem resolution, and rewarding employees Responsible for product promotion and of core product functionalities Ensure consistent user experience and relevance of Enterprise products and services are in line with the market Ensure consistent user experience across OPCOs and relevance of Enterprise product and services are in line with the market Increase the profitability of already existing products as well as the development of new products for the business. Developing product requirements and roadmaps Responsible for making sure all the cross-functional collaboration is smooth and effective: Technology, Marketing, EBU, CUS, FIN, BRM, Legal, Audit & Regulatory teams Leading product managers and coordinating with Technology, Marketing, CUS and other departments Strategy Development and Implementation : Lead the creation of the strategy in line with the overarching business goals and informed by the strategies designed at a CoE level Ensure effective implementation of the strategy by means of providing direction, structure, frameworks, models and roadmaps Define the standards for performance across various activities and identify the parameters for measurement of performances Staff Leadership and Management : Build and manage a high performing function by providing leadership, role clarity, …
