Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : HR ManagerLooking for HR Manager with good background on recruitement. Main Duties and Responsibilities : Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Making recommendations to company hiring managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy Interviewing applicants Analyzing job duties Writing job descriptions Posting open vacancies to recruit the company with human resources Performing job evaluations and job analyses (Evaluating Employee performance after the expiry of the probationary term (And if needed any time upon manager’s decision) Administering health and life insurance programs Inform employees about company policies, agreements, rules and regulations Monitor budgets by department Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation, working condition, salary amendments, changes in employment status. Doing Payroll, Estimation, daily, weekly and monthly reports Writing disciplinary letters and tracking employee attendance. Profil recherché pour le poste : HR Manager Requirements: Proven work experience as an HR Manager Proven work experience as recruiter Excellent knowledge of English and Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel) Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving abilities Team management skills.
