Monitor distribution cycle to make sure the Code of Conduct and the rights and dignity of beneficiaries are respected, and they are not exposed to protection risks by INTERSOS staffs. Guarantee integrity of the process during the distribution in case of GBV survivors, PwDs, unaccompanied elderly and most vulnerable protection cases Organize regular and meetings with colleagues, to discuss general challenges in their tasks and identification of protection cases; Ensure the distribution program is compliant with INTERSOS, clusters and donors' regulations and guidelines Check and validate beneficiaries' lists on a regular basis Report to the Project Manager and Protection officer issues related to protection activities. Ensure the distribution personnel don't breach protection of beneficiaries' confidentiality and personal data Support M&E team in performing of duties, facilitating PDM surveys on distribution and investigation over distribution related issues raised through hotline and other complaint mechanism Ensure proper follow up of items movements, including stock balance from beneficiaries not collecting the assistance, and verify all movements are duly and timely registered for proper reporting Support Programme coordinator and Protection project manager to draft project proposals with distribution components (in terms of project description and budgeting) and to expand the distribution program In collaboration with the psychologist, coordinate …
