We are seeking the services of Candidates who would be ready to work at any of our branches in the National territory in the following positions: Job Ref. N°4/LR/UNICS: LEGAL AFFAIRS & RECOVERY OFFICER Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with Branch Managers and team, under the coordination of the Head of Department for Legal Affairs, Litigations and Recovery, in the proper management of the bad portfolio of the company. Work in collaboration with the credit department to ensure effective credit analyses and debt collection management in line with company policies. Work in collaboration with assigned branches for the follow up and production of regular data and other regular reports. Work with assigned legal practitioners to initiate appropriate legal action, within the frame work of debt recovery, Litigation and other legal issues assigned to him or her. Qualification and Skills: Have at least two years of practical experience in debt recovery. Experience in a Financial Institution or debt collection department in another company shall be an added advantage. Have at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Law or other equivalent professional studies in law. Practical experience in the chambers of a legal practitioner (Barrister, Bailiff, and Notary Public) …
