Coordinate the preparation and updating of the project monitoring and evaluation plan and submit it to the project leader for validation. Develop and ensure the regular updating of the project's indicator database. Axis 2: Development of collection and capitalization tools Identify data sources and develop appropriate tools to capture performance and impact indicators, in collaboration with the project team. Assist the Information Management Officer in preparing the monthly/weekly protection report, new data bases, new forms, and databases for the different sub-sectors to the project. Perform other related duties as identified by supervisor. Support the project team and its partners in identifying critical events that can help to formulate lessons learned and to consider decisions that will contribute to the success of the project. Set up tools and forms to help the project team capture all basic project information and coordinate with team leaders for their implementation. In conjunction with the project manager, organize regular quality control missions for the data and information collected. In conjunction with the communication unit, coordinate the collection of the most significant changes generated by the project (testimonials and case studies) and success stories and ensure monthly reporting.
