Mains Tasks: PROGRAM: In coordination with the Project Manager, prepares, manages, and regularly updates the project activities work plan, ensuring timely and quality implementation in compliance with the defined project strategy as well as INTERSOS and donor guidelines. Attends regular meetings with team leads / field staff to discuss programme progress, take corrective measures as required and develop action plans. Actively participates along-with other project leads in coordination meetings, takes meeting minutes, and distributes to all project team members in a timely fashion. Assists in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports that discuss, in detail, the status of the project. Support the Protection Project Manager in strategy development, including through supporting the development of high-quality proposals and associated budgets. Preparation and maintenance of project files, including internal and external project reports. Maintain records of project files and other supporting documents.
